ABOUT
Established in our flagship gym of Gracie Humaita Cedar Park, TX, under Professor Tim Kennedy. Heroes Jiu Jitsu was born out of the desire to provide a space for our protectors, our veterans, and our emergency services that give so much of themselves to a life dedicated to service.
A collaboration between The Independence Fund and Sheepdog Response to highlight the benefits directly attributed to jiu jitsu, most notably that of mental health, Heroes Jiu Jitsu goes beyond the mat, to address mental, emotional, and physical needs of our Heroes.
